PATHWAY TO THE GODS
The story of chocolate begins in the supernatural world of Mesoamerican mythology. Cacao appears as one of the first sacered foods and became an offering for the Gods. It is this story that has Habitual Chocolate returning to one of the lost culinary arts of producing handcrafted chocolates from the beans we have sourced on our travels. The beans come from a number of small family farms in exotic locations that include: Costa Rica, Papua New Guniea, Nicaragua, Mexico and the Dominican Republic, to name a few.
